Rob’s favorite places to eat (other than his home) are anywhere with good food but mostly locally owned restaurants.

Rob has been exploring the world of food and wine for more than 15yrs. He’s an avid home chef, who loves sharing food and wine with friends and family.

Rob found Italy and fell in love with the wines and the cuisine. The diversity of wines and food from the 20 regions is something most Americans are unaware of.

When I starting exploring the world of food and wine, I found myself going back to Italy more than anywhere else. There’s something about Italy that draws me to it. The people, genuine, down to earth hard working. The food, simple ingredients that are local that when put together create some of my favorite flavors. The wine, so diverse. From the Alto Adige to Sicily, from reds or whites, the wines of Italy are the most diverse. There are some 300 indigenous grape varieties in Italy and we are on the journey of exploring and sharing them with you.
